Generally made of hardened and tempered 42 CrMo4 alloy steel.
Wheel rolling face is induction hardened to reach a 400 to 450 HB hardness or higher, and depth higher than 8 mm.
Hardening treatment is guaranteed to show no discontinuance throughout the wheel rolling surface.
Motor shaft sizes and rolling surface widths can be modified to suit Customer’s requirements.
They are suitable for mining conveyors and reclaimers, ladle and overhead cranes, cranes used in ports and shipyards, offshore cranes.
